DAPHACO ORGANIZES PERIODIC TRAINING COURSES ON LABOR SAFETY AND HYGIENE AT THE FACTORY
Faced with the increasing demands for occupational safety, DAPHACO Electric Cable Corporation always considers occupational safety and hygiene training as the foundation for sustainable development. This activity is maintained annually, aiming to equip knowledge, skills and raise awareness of safe working for all employees.
With the motto “Safety first” in all production and business activities, the Board of Directors of DAPHACO Electric Cable Corporation always gives top priority to ensuring safety for workers. On August 9, 2025, DAPHACO cooperated with Saigon Safety Training and Inspection Company Limited to organize a periodic training course on Occupational Safety and Hygiene at DAPHACO factory (Long An Province).
The training course aims to equip DAPHACO employees with essential knowledge related to legal regulations on occupational safety and hygiene, methods of organization and implementation at the facility, skills to identify and prevent dangerous and toxic factors that can lead to work accidents or occupational diseases. In addition, the program also includes instructions on safe operation of forklifts and cranes, as well as necessary first aid techniques.
The training was conducted seriously and professionally, combining theory and visual practice, helping DAPHACO employees easily absorb and remember. The realistic simulated situations created opportunities for workers to practice quick and accurate handling skills when encountering problems, contributing to improving their ability to respond in the production environment.
Actively organizing and maintaining good occupational safety and hygiene training helps to minimize the risk of accidents and equipment failures, improve productivity and contribute to building a strong safety culture at DAPHACO. The company’s management always wants each officer and employee to be aware of their responsibility in strictly complying with legal regulations and labor regulations, because worker safety is the foundation for the sustainable development of DAPHACO.
