DAPHACO CONDUCTS ANNUAL OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH TRAINING AT THE FACTORY
On August 14th, 2026, DAPHACO Electric Cable Corporation coordinated with One Inspection Corporation to organize the annual Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training course at the DAPHACO factory in Tay Ninh Province.
Recognizing that employee safety is the top priority in all production and business activities and serves as the foundation for sustainable development, DAPHACO’s Board of Directors consistently places strong emphasis on training and enhancing safety awareness among all employees.
The training program was systematically designed to provide participants with a foundation of legal knowledge on OSH, as well as practical methods for implementation within the enterprise. Through the course, employees were equipped with skills to identify and prevent hazardous and harmful factors in order to minimize occupational accidents and diseases. At the same time, participants received detailed guidance on safe operating procedures for production machinery, forklifts and essential first-aid procedures.
With a flexible approach combining theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice in simulated scenarios under the direct guidance of experts, employees were able to quickly grasp the knowledge and gain confidence in handling incidents in real-world working environments.
Proactively maintaining periodic OSH training not only helps DAPHACO minimize risks, protect equipment, and improve operational efficiency, but also further strengthens the company’s safety culture.
