Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh – Chairman of DAPHACO – Re-elected as Chairman of HECA for the 2026–2031 Tenure

On May 26, 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Electric Wire and Cable Association (HECA) successfully organized an Extraordinary Congress to consolidate its organization and establishment of a new strategic direction. This effort aims to closely accompany and strongly support member businesses amidst a volatile global economy.

In recent times, HECA has clearly demonstrated its role as a vital bridge, implementing practical activities to assist enterprises. To meet the demands of this new development phase, the Congress discussed and approved the Association’s Working Regulations, while electing a new Executive Board for the upcoming tenure. Comprising a blend of seasoned experience and innovative creativity, this new leadership team serves as a solid foundation for HECA to thrive, elevate its prestige, and achieve even greater success in the future.

At the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Van KhanhChairman of the Board of Directors of DAPHACO Electric Cable Joint Stock Company – was honored to be re-elected as Chairman of HECA for the 2026–2031 tenure. This re-election is not only a recognition of his leadership capabilities, personal credibility, and active contributions to the member business community, but it also reflects the strong trust of HECA members in DAPHACO’s pioneering role in advancing Ho Chi Minh City’s electric wire and cable industry.

On this occasion, the Congress also respectfully honored and expressed deep gratitude for the persistent dedication and passion of Mr. Luong Cong Huynh, Secretary General of HECA—who is now 92 years old and has been devoted to the Association for over 30 years—alongside Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, a member of the Secretariat. The unwavering dedication and support of generations of leaders and personnel remain the cornerstone of HECA’s growth and strength today.
